Unexceptable poor service Telkom!!!!!

I'm extremely irate with the service I'm receiving from telkom.

Last year December I sent through an email for cancellation and the consultant came back with some long stories regarding additional fees that I would be charged. I then requested for a manager to give me a call, which never happened till this day... I continuously sent follow up emails and made follow up calls but no joy....

Yesterday out of the blue I started recieving and error message that I wasnt able to connect to my wifi, I called the line on multiple times and just to find out this morning that my line was closed on the 3rd of January. The cancellation was not confirmed but here I am with a line being closed. Arnold Peterson from the cancellation department just decided to close my line without giving me a call like I requested!!!!!!! Unexceptable poor service Telkom!!!!!
