Uneventful, Rude and Pathetic Customer Service from the Telkom Store at Chatsworth Center

I visited the Telkom Store at Chatsworth Center for a simple Sim Swap for a Landline Number on the 11th of December 2020, I was greeted by workers who were uninterested in helping me as I was not a NEW SALE, at a certain point one of the workers even clicked a tongue when they asked me what the issue was and i stated that i wanted to do a sim swap and not a sale of any sort

Eventually i was assisted by Samuel Andrew who followed up on the sim swap and then advised that the SIM SWAP would take 8 HOURS and i can come back TOMORROW on the 12th of DECEMBER to fetch the SIM CARD

I was greeted by rolling eyes and tongue clicks by another employee Ateesh who was very rude and even had an attitude with me

I was told by Samuel and Ateesh that it wasnt their fault that the sim swap as one of their other colleagues from the same store processed the sim swap and they also mentioned that this OTHER colleague is not in the same standard as they are , however their internal politics doesnt matter to me as everyone in this store seems to be blaming each other AND WITH TODAY BEING THE 30TH OF DECEMBER 2020, ALMOST THREE WEEKS LATER , MY SIM SWAP IS STILL NOT DONE
