We had an ADSL line which we replaced with Fibre and dully informed Telkom of the move and completed the requisite forms. Telkom continued billing us and despite our protestations, they handed us to their lawyers and we are blacklisted. The second incident is when we closed down a company, again completed the requirements and again they continued to bill and blacklisted. It appears to be a money-grabbing scheme from Telkom and they seem to get away with it.
