The service is pathetic, the call center agents have no idea what they do and they actually have no care for customer's needs. I longed a bill dispute on the 4/04/19 till this day no one bothered to resolve my case, everytime i call in the agents tell me that the case is still under investigation yet its way over due they turn around time i was advised is 72hours now they say 72working hours which still is way over due now. Im reallly disgusted with Telkom as a whole. BAD SERVICE EVER!! Telkom only wants to spunge money out of me, how can they charge R200 and some odd rands for default debit and mind you i was not advised of the correct process, because i actually deposited money into their accout so to pay for my contract.
