********* practice in selling products

An optic fibre package was sold and 'installed' and billed which does not exist. I bought a 100 mbps package and i am billed for that. I have just tested the speed which is in the range of 40 mbps. After further investigation I discovered that my area does not have 100 mbps available. But I am billed for 100 mbps. I spoke to Ayanda Fikela at Telkom and she gave a terrible service and refused to call her manager. This practice and service is unacceptable !
