I am greeting calls from Blake an associate telling me they are collecting monies owed by me to Telkom. As far as I am concerned I payed off my contract while the term was active and they even extended my account to a month on month without cancelling it. I called them to cancel the month on month as my service has expired. The agent said they will send me a confirmation of the cancellation. I then stopped using their SIM card. I realize my account was till being debited **********ly outside the agree term. They are ********** abs should be stopped, we all worked hard for our monies. I am now receiving calls for a service I never used. I have asked that they show me the evidence showing I used their service after the agreed term to no avail. I am being harassed by Blake and associates with calls every minute of everyday for an account they also refuse to verify.
