Telkom conducts it's business so poorly and *********ly. Their after sales is so poor and not to mention having to explain the same thing over and over to their different agents who each give different advice. It's either their knowledge is selective or they aren't trained the same. I did not have network for my contract for over a month opened a case, asked for my simcard to be cancelled and after a month and so many calls it's still not cancelled, and I still pay for no services rendered?
