I cancelled a contract I had with them 2 years ago and received confirmation that it had been cancelled. I then found out last year that the account was not cancelled an I owe an amount of money, so I paid and cancelled the account. This week I found out the account was Still active (despite me cancelling twice) and amassed an amount that I now owe once again, it also had a severe negative impact on my credit score.
