I have been battling for months for Telkom to accept EFT as my preferred payment method. Every single month I make an EFT payment which Telkom accepts, but they keep charging me a R202 payment rejection fee for debiting an account that has been in use for years. I have been a customer with Telkom mobile as a high value customer for the past 8 years. I would appreciate for Telkom to investigate this matter and refund me the unfair payment rejection fee.
