<p style="color: #555555;">On the 6th of April we recieved a call from Mondo, a company which is contracted to telkom to sell products on their behalf and they offered us a wifi modem. We accepted the offer and the modem was delivered on the 10th although they had already deducted R149.00 from my wife's account. By the 13th i called them to inform them that the wifi is not working and they said they will activate it by 12h00. I called again around 15h00 and they said it will be sorted by end of business on the 13th. I told the lady that if it is not activated then they must cancell it. Today i called them and told them that they must come and collect their modem and i spoke to a lady by the name of Chirstine who refused to assist in anyway. She refused to log a cancellation request. She refused to log a call for the retrieval of my telephone conversations of the 13th and she also refused to give me a reference number for the call even tbough we spoke for over 30min.</p> <p style="color: #555555;"> </p> <p style="color: #555555;">This is totally unacceptable for a reputable company such as telkom to use these con-artists who force products onto consumers and refuse to cancel them when clients request to do so</p>
