********* business conduct BuyMondo and Telkom

I canceled the contract with BuyMondo/Telkom within the said period (7days) and they refused. And after numerous interaction with them, the contract is still active instead they threatening that I will be blacklisted therefore I must just pay.

It is ********* and totally unacceptable that both Telkom and BuyMondo would put terms and conditions which they themselves cannot adhere.

Worse, they call you when they want you to buy their products but fail to respond to queries.
