********* behaviour

This morning around 9:30am dated 29 April 2015 as I was driving out of the complex, a Telkom bakkie was driving in front of me. Instead of driving away immediately after going out of the gate, the Telkom bakkie stopped and started chatting to the ADT security officer, Daniel at Corfu complex in Kew, Johannesburg. Instead of carrying out his duty as being the security officer to advise the Telkom bakkie to drive forward so that the driver's ******** action would not put other drivers into dangerous position and situation, the ADT security officer was being so negligent and continued his conversation with the Telkom driver. My car was therefore caught between the rail of the gate. The gate at Corfu complex is sensor controlled, few seconds later the gate started closing and bumped my car. Had the Telkom driver and the ADT security officer not started engaging in a conversation while blocking other drivers' way, this unhappy incident would not have happened. Please advise the procedure for me to claim the damage on my car.
