<p>I had a data contract with Telkom where i was paying R199pm. I Cancelled this contract around June 2016. To my suprise telkom debited me R199 on 31.12.2016 with a reference number TELKOM TELK ********** 00E161231. This ********* behaviour by telkom to debit customers for cancelled services. please fix your systems and reverse my money</p>

16 May 2017, 14:57Hi i am said to inform you that this matter is still not resolved. the affected number is ********** 697. to my suprise i have now been handed to a collection company who dedibet R597 yesterday from my account. how is this possible?
i also logged call number ********** 0 directly with contact center is January and i have never received feedback on this matter.
