I am very disappointed by Telkom mobile after I was offered an upgrade telephonically which I accepted only to notice on 01/02/2020 that the package is different from what I accepted. When I call telkom I'm being sent from pillar to post and lastly I was informed that the contract was offered by the third party and there is nothing that telkom can do. My problem is I have a contract with telkom and not any third party and that third party had all my profile with them, with whose consent plus I didn't even know that they were the third party and now I'm stuck with the contract for the next 24 months which I'm not happy about and telkom can't do anything about it plus they can't even tell me who the third party is. Is our personal information safe with telkom, I'm worried.
