********* and disappointment-still no device from 9th Nov point of upgrade

I did an upgrade with telkom on 09/11/2021,i called them to avoid ****.They told me 3/5 working days. It's now the 22nd and nothing...they so fast in giving out new contract, best services at that time. Thereafter it's extremely pathetic. I phoned 4 times, one of the consultants asked me for a ref number so I told her I didn't get one, she gave me attitude asking me why the consultant who did the upgrade didn't give me a ref number to track my order, I don't work for telkom, how the hell must I know. I even took off for 1 week 15th till the 19th so I could be home to recieve my phone.still never come and now I'm back at work. They might bring it to my home knowing I informed them I will not be home from the 22nd to receive it just to take it back. I'm not happy. Thinking of canceling everything an going with another service provider because of their ********* services.
