Unemployment **************

I went to the telkom store at Rustenburg mall and I requested a data multisim on my existing data contract and I vwas required to submit a payslip I told the consultant that I'm unemployed however I'm paying my Telkom bill monthly without failure. I explained to the consultant that I'm not applying for a new contract I just need to an additional data multisim. I was denied a multisim because I'm unemployed and cannot produce a payslip. I feel its unfair for Telkom to deny me a multisim due to unemployment. Is Telkom only for tge emoloyed?
