Uneducated Staff

I went to the East Rand Mall store on Saturday to enquiry about a laptop deal - No Stock.

So I go to the Lakeside Mall store to enquire about the same deal - No Stock.

I go search online and can't find the deal, so I enquire on Twitter.

I mean, are these people at all trained? Or even just a little educated? Did they go past grade 4?

I keep asking them about the Acer Core i3 Deal for R359. They keep sending me the link to the HP 15 Core i3 Deal for R429.

I even send them PICTURES and they still did not get what I am asking them. Now they are telling me to phone the call centre, because they are obviously to ****ing stupid to handle my query.

No thanks. If it is such a struggle to get a response on stock, I will not be dumb enough to open a contract with you. Imagine the level of service. It will be a joke.
