uneducated, lame rained assholes.
In October 2014, i requested a sim swap because we had a problem with one of the cards. I was told that i was in arrears and i had to pay the arrears first. i argued that i was not in arrears and found out that all my payments were credited to my landline account, some R26000. They identified that it was correct and then told me that they would apply the payment to my Cell account. They cut off all the phones and the Data line as well. For the whole of November and December i had no phone or data lines and had to get pay as you go to keep in touch. on the 23rd of December i spoke to a Cynthia who told me that more arrears had accumulated and that i must pay the arrears before they will credit my account with the amount which was still sitting in the Landline account. UNLESS I PAY ALL THE ARREARS + THE AMOUNTS DUE FOR THE PERIOD I HAD NO PHONES, I WOULD NOT GET THE CREDIT! HAVE YOU EVER HEARD SUCH ****. Now i have a credit of R33000 and arrears of R33000. But, i cannot get my Credit into my account unless i pay another R33000. So i pay the arrears, R33000 and on the 3rd of January, i get my phones switched on. Now i am 66000 out of pocket. NOW, phone cut off, no credit must pay 8500
