uneducated call center staff and outsourced technicians with no interest of installing

<p>i have ap**** for a dsl line in March and to date the technisions came out once they did not install as they could not gain entry at the neigbours to access the local box, i made the provision for access and the tech's did not show up . after countless hours on the phone with telkom a new apointment was shedualed and quess what i was stood up again, got a new apointment during office hours, but what is that going to help me if no one is home to open for the technisions ? no one in the call center could understand the situation and it has now become my responsibility to deal with dispatch and the technisions ?? why is this so ? i blew my top and tried to cancell the dumb ass line due to pathetic service but quess what i was on hold for 33 minutes, does anyone in telkom take service seriousely why do i only see bad reviewes ? i am the client but i feel like a telkom admin person as most of my time at work is spent on telkom, who is going to fix this ? when am i getting my line and what will be done to make me a happy client ?</p>
