Undisclosed Charges, Arrogant Staff

I have had two very unfortunate incidents:
1) I've been charged by Telkom for three months whereby I have not been provided internet access. I am fully prepared to pay for periods whereby I have in fact used the internet services, however it is grossly unfair to be charged for periods where access has not been provided. As a principle this is certainly unfair practice. I was told that this was disclosed in terms and conditions that I have accepted. I sadly was not provided any collateral with regards to Terms and Conditions at the start of my services. I have requested from legal services, proof that such charges where clearly and knowingly disclosed to me, however I have yet to be provided such proof. This is certainly against marketing and disclosure requirement with regard to the CPA, let alone fair treatment in respect of service charges. I again reiterate my initial intention of completing the required payment in line with usage.
2) Of a greater concern is the arrogant and disrespectful treatment of me by the collection agents who called me. I expressed an explicit willingness to make any outstanding payments, however charges for periods whereby access was restricted is certainly unfair. I requested proof that this was disclosed to me and stated that CPA requires that such information be disclosed. The response was to laugh and rudely mock my mention of the CPA. In fact the agent took that time to relay the message to his superior and in fact they both spent time mocking the mention of my rights. I have requested the recording of this call to in fact make such treatment of Telkom clients public. I encourage those in legal services as well as client satisfaction to obtain recordings of this call to improve the professionalism of their staff. Raising this issue with the agent's superiors, to my utter shock, the superior supported the rude treatment. Again, I request a copy of the call to address such immature behaviour. I do infact have the emails whereby the superior has explicitly supported the use of disrespectful treatment and am happy to share all individual details to rectify this.
I look forward to the swift dealing with such a matter.
