Undermine and ****** in westgate telkom branch

Zanele the consultant made me feel very small and less important as existing and loyal client..I understand that we still fighting with Corona virus, but the way she shouted on me when I try to get it..to go back and stand outside..it was like I am the one with the virus...there was no one at the door to control the queue outside no sign that says wait outside to be let in...the shop was open..i could see there was free consultant doing nothing she didnt even have decency to come to me and talk to me...and then they told me they were offline ...I wanted to take a second contract but now I am gonna talk my Business somewhere else I will even cancel my exsisting contract....

I never feel so small like that

They are undermining clients

Even now no body fone me to come collect my fone if they back on line.
