Under false pretenses. #Poorservice

I can't believe I was given such poor service for the last few months by Telkom. I was due for an upgrade then when I had to receive my upgrade I was not available to collect. Telkom then cancelled the upgrade without my knowledge or even calling me to reschedule. Few weeks pass by then an agent call me again to discuss the upgrade. I was under the impression i was updating my details to get my upgrade again... But no... I was given a new contract and now i have 2 WiFi packages. If an agent did not call me today to let me know that my WiFi contract is due for an upgrade i would have not known about the new contract until i received my statement. I called the call center and waited for over 15 mins to talk to someone just to be told that they cannot assist!!! #poorservice
