Undeniably stupid

After a very long wait you finally send a technician to install a 3G FLLA WI-FI phone to replace my old fixed line phone. The poor technician was sent to install something he's was never trained to do. How can TELKOM be so brainless? He tried as best be could but was actually clueless. Now I sit with this so-called fancy phone but can't use the WI-FI facility which I'm of course paying for! What sort of stupid service is this? How can you send an employee out to install something he was not shown how to install! ????? When will this be addressed? Will you now just send another tech who doesn't know the product?
