undelivered upgrade

After being practically harrased by a call centre with regards to my upgrade. Finally gave in and accepted to the upgrade. After a lengthy process. We were told that the phone would be delivered to our door within 7 working days but still nothing. I called and was told that the phone would be delivered on Friday.Today is Tuesday and still no phone has been delivered but I am being billed. I have tweeted the company but still nothing. We are still being given the run around!!
