Undelivered SIM card

On the 13th of October 2023 I app**** for your LTE data plan of R199 80GB and on the 21 of October I got a message that my parcel is with courier company to-date I still haven't received the SIM card and when I asked they said it's due to wrong address and I know for the fact that I gave the correct address on both physical and delivery address but for some reason a consultant got it wrong. I still haven't got the SIM card I tried to interact with Telkom via X(Twitter) they keep on saying Maggie will contact me and she never does.
