Undelivered package

So on the 23rd of November 2018 (black Friday) I ordered a device from telkom online service were I spent almost an hour on the phone with the agent bust capturing my details and order.

I was promised that my device will be finalized and delivered to me within 24 hours from the phone call which would make it Tuesday the latest.

Two weeks plus later after placing my order, I am still waiting for any communication from them regarding my application.

No one is updating me about my device and I have reached a point where I don't want this anymore.

If this is how they are treating a new client, makes me wonder how they are treating the older ones.

Plus I have read multiple reviews that it's almost impossible to cancel anything with telkom mobile.
