Uncouth communication

I recently app**** online to have a landline installed at my place of residence. I received an email to advise that a consultant would be calling me for further details (or whatever). A few days later I received an email and SMS informing me Telkom had tried unsuccessfully to reach me on my mobile and that I should contact their sales division ********** to advise on an appropriate time to be called. I did this, and also mentioned I wanted to find out if my application was successful or not. Telkom has never called me since my application!!! I have never received any missed call from them either!!. Now it has been almost a month since my application, and still no feedback from Telkom. And, they keep on sending the same SMS and email about unsuccessfully trying to reach me. What kind of service is this? I app**** for a product - please let me know if my application was successful or not.Period.

AND stop sending me these false SMSes and emails, because I have neither received nor missed any calls from your agents. Please do be professional!!!!
