Unconcerned Staff

I went to the telkom store next to Game in Centurion Mall. The service was absolutely pathetic. The person assisting, named Ester Mosaka, was constantly having a fat conversation with her colleague Helen Baloyi. She hardly engaged with us at all, leaving us wondering if she was assisting us at all. When she finally conversed she was so rude, she refused to be courteous and say please or thank you. Excuse me was replaced by HUH. All the while Helen and a guy wearing a Huawei Tshirts continued to have a fat conversation in front of my face, after which she then proceeded to charge and chat on her phone. She then half-heartedly explain procedure with phone in hand while the Huawei guy proceeded to watch videos on his phone. Worst service ever...
