Uncompetent

<p>I phoned Telkom on numerous ocations to cancel my Telkom line. After getting a hold of their client service, I were instructed to send a cancellation letter on the letterhead of the business requetsing that the account were cancelled back dated to the date when the line were cancelled. Recently the account were handed over to the lawyers for it were not paid. </p> <p>This is upsert, why is the client service there if they don't mean a thing to the client.</p>
