Uncessary charges

I am very irrited customer with Telkom they charged me rejection fee of more than R200 for a R59 month on month contract what kind of a company can do that to their customers,this is ridiculous cannot wait to pay them off and run away to better network providers who will not do such horrible charging customers unnecessary. After I purposely stop their debit order from my bank since I was no longer require their service,you pay them in advance before they load their service,how come I have to be charged if my bank rejected debit order???
