Uncapped Wireless Broadband

On the 20 Dec 2015 We app**** for the special running for the Telkom uncapped wireless broadband at 599 Per month . We received an email that our application was succesfull and received a ref number, stating an agent would call us shortly. We have tried multiple times to contact telkom to redeem the special, however are informed you cannot speak to the relevant department , they will call you. This is now 2 months later. DOES ONE HAVE TO BEG TO GET SERVICE ????
