Uncapped Unlimited 24 months contract

Terrible service, had 24 months contract and ended in December 2020 they didn't even bother to call to find out if we are renewing instead monthly premium accumulated and now saying it's because we didn't cancel. what is that where is customer service,? Our contract was 24 months
