Uncapped service throttled at 0.29Mbps
So I've discovered I'm being charged for a 10Mbps line and only have the service of a 4Mpbs line. Not only that, because of usage of my line, which is not related to downloads but online activity, my speed gets throttled to 0.29Mbps. Not even an 8th of what I'm being charged for. It is absolutely ridiculous!
