Uncapped Service is Capped

Telkom sold me unlimited calls and uncapped data. <br> Then when they decided I have used to much data for the month they make my internet so slow for the rest of the month, that it takes about a half an hour just to open their own web page [URL Removed]<br> When I call the help desk to ask why my internet is so slow they all say I have used to much data, so they are slowing down my internet speed. When I ask how much data is allowed they all have different answers.<br> Today I asked if I can speak to someone so I can get a true UNCAPPED service where my speed is not slowed down because of the amount of data I use. I was told by the help desk I must cancel my contact with Telkom and go to a different service provider.<br> When I eventually was able to open the Telkom Website they are advertising Unlimited calls and data all over there website yet that is not what you get. This is false advertising and totally unacceptable.
