Uncapped *******

So i decided to get the new Telkom uncapped LTE deal for R899pm. Thinking that since there are many networks out there now offering deals which looked inviting i still decided to go with Telkom... my biggest mistake.

Firstly uncapped LTE for a hefty amount like R899.00 SHOULD BE EVERYTHING A PERSON PAYS FOR ...sadly this is not true.. After just one week of usage my speeds dropped terribly. so i contacted ( or should i say i tried to the point of almost pulling my hair out ) the customer service . and after being bounced around for an hour from department to department i was finally told that my speeds are being throttled at 150 gigs from 10mbps to 4mbps for 50 gigs then all the way down to 2mbps until month end..Now at a price of R899.00 one would expect much better service and much more to offer than a ******* of 150 gigs limit ..at least a limit of 300 gigs would be better NOT a terrible 150 gigs...this is unacceptable..

This is in no way near good enough for streaming etc...forget about netflix because you will never be able to view anything after about 4 days..as for opening a simple page on the net takes forever...

I am totally disapointed with TELKOM

I should have just stuck with RAIN and would have been happy.
