Uncapped LTE's abysmal speeds

<p>I want to report Telkom's SmartBroadband Uncapped Wireless network.</p> <p>http://www.telkom.co.za/today/unlimited-broadband/</p> <p>On their website they claim that there will be light-speed connections of 90Mbps in download speeds and 25Mbps upload speeds. Based on my coverage I get between 31 Mbps download on a good day.</p> <p>However, in the week (Monday to Friday), without fail, Telkom throttle the speed to 3Mbps to 0.79Mbps (and sometimes even worse) from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. </p> <p>This needs to stop. It is supposed to consistently run at the speeds they advertise. Like clockwork it happens every single night. </p> <p>The tower I connect to is: CELL_ID: ***</p>
