Uncapped LTE now de facto capped

You cannot even get services under 2mbps.</p> <p>Throttling to 256kbps equates de facto capping to 250Gbs. Thus a capped product. No streaming of netflix is possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>Kindly explain your unilateral amendment within 6 months.</p> <p> </p>
