UNCAPPED LTE NO FUP
My telkom Uncapped Lte contract (which was R599) was due for an upgrade as of December. I got a call from Sell Direct (just said they are calling on behalf of Telkom). They advised me that If i do not upgrade my contract it will automatically go to the R799.00 price point and what they offered me was an uncapped package with no FUP, the guy confirmed this twice on the phone. Now telkom mobile tells me otherwise. I cannot get hold of sell direct. The guy that did the upgrade called me on the 29 Nov @ 9:33. Please pull out the recording.

Today is the 11 January and I am still awaiting a reply. Why can't you rectify a mistake from your side instead of diverting from the problem.

Please be informed that we have attempted to contact you on the number: ********** 701 and have been unsuccessful.
Kindly note when your contract reach the commitment period you will be charged the normal price of data you will be receiving, hence we advised our customers to upgrade their contract from the 22th months.
