Uncapped LTE Contract

I app**** for the Uncapped LTE option on Telkom's website for R599 and eventually after 10 days, I finally got response stating It was not accepted. After several calls and promises they would phone back which they never do, I found out I didn't have a good credit rating. Furthermore checking my credit rating on TransUnion, it is above excellent and if I try contact anyone they just will not help me re-instate this. I also do not understand why they would not approve this as I have been a client since 2012 and I still have a contract for over R300 which is up to date every single month. Telkom has even phoned me to try get a higher contract for even more then R599.<br> <br> Why are you guys so bad? Have you ever thought with all the services you offer you do actually need the man power to sustain it?
