Uncapped LTE being throttled

I am relatively satisfied with Telkom uncapped LTE, however it seems that I am throttled outside of the p2p/nntp protocols, for instance it becomes impossible to use services such as Apple Music or DSTV Now between 18:00 and midnight, which is quite frankly ridiculous. As a customer you are not made aware of this when you sign up and now you are trapped in a 24 month contract with no way of getting out of it.
