Uncapped lie

My family uses a lot of data and due to this we are on Telkoms uncapped package. On 24 April we were cut off because we use to much data, excuse me but what is the point of UNCAPPED if after a certain amount of data usage you cut it off. My father is the CEO of a large IT solution company and as result uses a fair amount of data. My mother owns her own riding school and uses the internet for webinars, research, social advertising and emails. My brother is studying ONLINE. My husband does contract web development and I have a 3D printing company that I run from home which requires me to download 3D models. And yes on top of this all 5 of us do social networking, online gaming and all 5 of us own smart phones and tablets. When they think you have used to much data you do have the option to pay in a little more and have the net unlocked but it is so strangled it is virtually impossible to get anything done. This is not uncapped. As my father refuses to pay more than he currently is monthly I am looking at other ISP's.
