uncapped data restricted

i have uncapped adsl and for the last few days it has been incredibly slow. i got rid of dstv as im fed up with the tripe they put on air so i stream the movies from netflix. i have now found out that even with uncapped adsl they are restricting my bandwidth. i am getting 0.42mbps up and down speeds. on top of that i have recieved NO communication from them indicating this and, i have been phoning in on numerous occasions to no avail as you cant get someone to speak to.<br> again the whole reason i got this was to eliminate dstv and it has been going well until last week. this is pathetic treatment of a good client, im utterly disgusted!!!!!!
