Uncapped but we'll never supply you with it

We have an uncapped wifi line with Telkom <br> We called in several times because our server is either always down or we just don't have Internet access <br> It's been like this since December and all telkom does is increase our phone bill for a service we had never received <br> It's getting pretty annoying now because the main reason we installed the device was to use less data but now we seem to be forking out money on data and wifi which hardly ever works
