Uncapped and Unhinged

<p>I have app**** for the uncapped LTE product on your website a few days ago. I have received a ticket number stating my application was successful. I keep on missing calls from Telkom and when phoning them back, they keep on wanting to do a new application.<br /><br />I phoned again today and now have been told there is an issue with my ID and now they cannot assist.<br /><br />I want to know what is going on and why there is an issue with my ID all of a sudden when yesterday there was no issue with it when I had to do another application.</p>
