uncapped Adsl false adverti*****t

<p>We got an uncapped ADSL for the sole reason of watching showmax. Now our account has been throtled and when we asked why, we were told that " fair usage "app****. We were never told this when we signed the contract. They also cannot tell us what they consider as" fair usage". How can you advertise the line as uncapped which means unlimitted and then say that you are limited but cannot tell you to what amount you are limited.?</p> <p> </p>
