Uncancellable Telkom Account - CyberTrade

I've been trying to close a CyberTrade account for the last 5 - 6 years. I'm still getting billed for this service that Telkom discontinued from their side maybe 10 years ago - they are no longer offering it. I've been to Telkom Direct Stores / I've registered online as instructed - service does not exist so I'm not able to link it. I've sent countless emails to several departments at Telkom. I've chatted online / I've sent emails / I've called their service numbers 10217 / 10213 / 10210 - Toll free ********** 357. My ID number is not linked to any services so nobody can help me!! I've been paying the monthly account just to try and keep a good credit rating! Please somebody I want to close the Cybertrade account number ********** 628 - help me - I'm desperate!!
