Uncancellable Device Insurance Contracts with Telkom, Omnisure, and Worldwide Advisory Services

These companies are ripping us off with these uncancellable contracts. It's basically a **** because they keep debiting even when you cancel. I took out a device insurance policy with Telkom, administered by Worldwide Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd (FSP License No. 12964).

For months now, I have been attempting to cancel the policy with no success. When I go to Telkom, they tell me to email ***, but they never reply, even after many months. I was also told to call ***, but it is never answered.

I believe this insurance is underwritten by Omnisure (Old Mutual Insure).
