Uncabbed Wifi = No Wifi at all since 25 February 2018

Installed a telkom line on 25 February 2018. Was advised by Telkom that the line was ****** in March. Followed up today guess what... after a month the line is still not fixed.... Received an account though for services I did not receive... One very unhappy customer. Was advised by the call centre that I am not allowed to speak to the person responsible for fixing a ****** line???? Why not?
