Unblockable lost phone
I lost my business phone and Telkom won't allow me to block the number. The phone still rings and gets answered. I called the call centre to request that the number be blocked but a consultant told me they couldn't as my employer had not paid them. The phone is still being used and accumulating charges as they won't block it.
