Unbelievably TERRIBLE service!!

If I could rate them 0 I would do just that because they aren’t even deserving of 1 star. I’ve had the poorest experience with Telkom. The agents clearly lack basic customer service skills and some of them are very arrogant. I am in a position where Telkom has WRONGFULLY collected money from me TWICE and I have been fighting tooth and nail just to get my money back. I’ve been passed on from pillar to post even after submitting all the necessary documentation to get my refund. It’s been TWO ENTIRE WEEKS. I’ve been met with nothing but unkept promises and lack of basic customer service. I have been left out of pocket and incredibly inconvenienced! I’ve had it. I will now be taking this up with the consumer commission.
